Dear Grandpa,

You once told me that humans have always asked big questions. But you also told me something most people never realized:

“Religion didn’t fail because humans asked big questions. Religion failed because humans pretended the answers were final.”

I grew up in a world where complexity is normal. Where identity is fluid. Where meaning is not inherited but created. Where consciousness is something we explore, not fear. Where questions are not signs of doubt — they are signs of being alive.

My generation doesn’t reject religion. We reject finality.

We reject the idea that truth stops evolving. We reject the idea that humans must fit into systems. We reject the idea that structures should control us.
